It works
I buy the lemon flavor, I like its refreshing touch in smoothies. I've been taking it for a while now and, to tell you the truth, I notice it. It's not that it rejuvenates or anything impossible, obviously, but the quality of my skin has improved, gaining firmness and hydration. I had already researched scientific articles and they all agree that it works, although you have to be constant, and the results are noticeable in a few months.

Very good combination, quite natural and very useful. As for flavor, I always recommend the natural flavor, but if you don't mind taking sweeteners, it's fine from time to time. Still, I recommend this product.
