Basic in my daily supplementation. Although its effects are not noticed in such a beastly way, as with creatine, for example, it is true that it relieves some of my tiredness. As for its articular benefit, I have no firm opinion on whether or not it is beneficial, even so, I will not stop taking it just in case. It has a pleasant orange flavor and dissolves well in not too cold water.
Básico en mi suplementación diaria. Aunque no se noten sus efectos de manera tan bestia, como con la creatina, por ejemplo, si es verdad que me alivia algo el cansancio.
