The use is very easy, the flavors I have tried (pineapple, lemon) are good. I can't confirm if it works because I used up the small packet and now I bought the big packet again. Between collagen and amino acids, it's a good way to drink more water when the taste of water doesn't convince you, sometimes you add something good flavored and that's it.
