This specialty includes all the gluten-free products that do not contain wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut, or their hybrid varieties which include their derivative products as well. Products that are suitable for celiac people and those who suffer from gluten intolerance.

We must highlight that we also take cross contamination into account, since it can happen in products that did not have gluten in their original composition. However, they may have been processed in factories where they manipulate this allergen.

Our gluten-free products are not affected by cross contamination, which is the reason why we can guarantee that the products are free from this allergen with our "gluten-free" label. This is why we advise to all our celiac customers that they search for products with this label to obtain a responsible consumption.
