The paleo diet or paleolithic diet consists on following the diet of our ancestors, without processed foods. Their diet is basically based on eating meat, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables, eggs, oils, and nuts.

The forbidden foods in the paleo diet are: dairy products, grains, sugar, and even alcohol.

The paleo diet products meet these requirements. They offer a better diet by eliminating processed foods which are known for its high content in additives, sugars, and fat.
