Convenient format

I bought it for the convenience of the capsules. Creatine format very convenient if you go on vacation by not having to carry meter and have a small size compared to powdered bags.

Lo compré por la comodidad de las cápsulas. Formato de creatina muy cómodo si te vas de vacaciones al no tener que llevar medidor y tener un tamaño pequeño comparado con las bolsas en polvo.

A simple way to take creatine

I have the powder format which is how I have always taken it and I decided to try it in capsules, the truth is that I am happy with the purchase, as it is super easy and convenient to take, so I forget to measure or weigh and mix, I take the exact dose and ready. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable

I bought the creatine in pills so I wouldn't have to take so many shakes and so much liquid. In the end there has not been much difference because as they are quite large pills I have to pass them with a lot of water but well, good and excellent price.

Compre la creatina en pastillas para no tener que estar tomando tantos batidos y tanto líquido. Al final no ha habido tanta diferencia porque como son pastillas bastante grandes las tengo que pasar con mucha agua pero bueno, bien y excelente el precio.

Efficient and economical

Medium size capsules, unflavored. Effective in congestion for that extra strength in training intensity and repetitions, whatever the discipline. At this price it is worth it. The only downside is that they do not bring out a 240 capsule format.

Cápsulas tamaño mediano, sin sabor. Eficaz en la congestión para ese plus de fuerza en entrenos de intensidad y repeticiones, sea cual sea la disciplina. A este precio si merece la pena. El único pero es que no saquen formato de 240 cápsulas.

Good supplement at a good price

I find the capsule format convenient because the dosage is exact and it can be transported better than in powder form. With a 120 bottle it lasts for more than a month, so its price is interesting.

El formato en cápsulas me resulta cómodo porque la dosis es exacta y se puede transportar mejor que en polvo. Con un bote 120 da para más de un mes por lo que es interesante su precio.

Value for money

Good value for money, I take 3 tablets before training and another 3 after and it shows, it has not caused me any stomach discomfort as it has happened to me with others.

Buena relación precio calidad, tomo 3 comprimidos antes de entrenar y otros 3 después y se nota, no me a producido ninguna molestia estomacal cómo me a pasado con otras.
