Very good alternative to powder

My partner is not a fan of creatine powder and we tried this alternative and are very happy with it. The days that I don't take protein shake I also take it and it is very convenient to take it and to take it with you if you are out.

I just started taking it, so far so good, I notice a little more energy when training, but I hope the results in the long term. They are large capsules, no problem for me.

Acabo de empezar a tomarlo, de momento muy bien, noto algo más de energía al entrenar, pero espero los resultados a largo plazo. Son cápsulas grandes, ningún problema para mí.

Very effective and easy to ingest

They are fine. They don't taste like anything but they are a little big and it's a pain to take 3 a day.

A necessary format change

Tired of taking creatine powder, I switched to capsules and much better in terms of habit adherence. The cumulative effect is the same as the other format. I recommend HSN creatine because I trust them, it doesn't even have to be Creapure.

Harto de tomar la creatina en polvo, cambié a las cápsulas y mucho mejor respecto a adherencia del hábito. El efecto acumulativo es igual que el otro formato. Yo recomiendo la creatina de HSN, porque me fio de ellos, no hace falta ni que sea Creapure.
