Very good quality
The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow with a little water. I have been taking this creatine since summer and I notice increased endurance in my workouts. That's why I give it the highest rating.

A little big but very comfortable
I started taking creatine in capsules because in powder form it was heavy for me as it has a texture that does not dissolve and it has been a success. It is true that the capsules are a bit big, so if you find it hard to swallow pills, maybe it is not your best option. Even so, the convenience of the capsules both to take them without having to measure anything and to carry them seems incredible to me.
Empecé a tomar la creatina en cápsulas porque en polvo se me hacía pesada ya que tiene textura que tiene que no se acaba de disolver y ha sido todo un acierto.
Sí que es verdad que las cápsulas son un poco grandes, si te cuesta tragar pastillas igual no es tu mejor opción.
Aún así, la comodidad de las cápsulas tanto para tomarlas sin tener que medir nada como para llevarlas me parece increible.

Very effective and easy to ingest
