Easy to consume, I don't like to use the powder version. I have been taking it for months and months. The price is unbelievable compared to other famous brands that sell worse for three times the price.

I can't stand the taste of creatine, so taking it in capsules is great for me. The only thing is that it is more expensive. The capsules are quite large.

I bought creatine as muscle mass maintenance since I do not train, but I have a super healthy and balanced diet, no processed foods, sugar, alcohol ect. And I was surprised because I haven't even been taking it for a month and I'm experiencing an increase in muscle mass, without training or anything. I am hallucinating how well this is going, I think I will not miss any more in my pantry of supplements.
Compre creatina como mantenimiento de masa muscular ya que no entreno, eso si llevo una alimentación super sana y equilibrada, nada de procesados, azucar, alcohol ect. Y me ha sorprendido ya que no llevo aun un mes tomanfola y estoy experimentando un aumento de masa muscular, sin entrenar ni nada. I bought capsules for convenience but I think I did not digest them well, I felt bad, I opened them to take it in powder form and it did not dissolve well, now I bought it in powder form and it is much better. It has no taste either in capsule or powder form. And so far I'm getting good results, I see some progress in the exercise since I've been taking it.
Me compré cápsulas por comodidad pero creo que no las digería bien, me sentaban mal, las abría para tomarla en polvo y no se disolvía bien, ahora la compré en polvo y mucho mejor. No tiene sabor ni en cápsula ni en polvo. Y de momento estoy obteniendo buenos resultados, veo cierto progreso en el ejercicios desde que la tomo.
