Convenient format

Creatine in capsules, a very good option
The truth is that I had never tried creatine in capsule format and it helps a lot more than the powder format, at least for me, since I used to mix it with water and go to the gym with a full stomach. However, with the capsule format, apart from being more convenient to take, you can also take it anywhere instead of having to carry a sack of creatine powder.
La verdad que jamás había probado la creatina en formato cápsulas y ayuda bastante más que el formato en polvo, al menos a mi, ya que yo la mezclaba con agua e iba con el estómago lleno al gimnasio, sin embargo con el formato de cápsulas a parte de que la toma es más cómoda, también te lo puedes llevar a cualquier sitio en vez de tener que cargar con un saco de creatina en polvo.
