Unbeatable quality - price.
I started taking it because I work all day on my feet and I started to have some leg cramps sporadically. I have not had them again, and being beneficial to the nervous system is a plus. It has a salty point, but for its quality and effectiveness it is worth it, I usually mix it with other products with a more neutral flavor, so it doesn't make me bitter either.
Entra dentro de mi rutina de suplementos, empecé a tomarlo porque trabajo todo el día de pie y empezaba a tener algún calambre en la pierna esporádicamente. Ya no los he vuelto a tener, y al ser beneficioso para el sistema nervioso es un plus. Quality and price.
The taste is what reaffirms the quality of this product, a bit bitter fishy taste. If it didn't have this taste it would be worrying because magnesium bisglycinate has this taste. So quality-price a 10. I hope that the next batches will be as good!

Good magnesium for rest.
