I am not convinced

I have only taken it for a few days, so I can't say how effective it is. The problem is the taste which is terrible, it does not taste like anything in particular but it tastes terrible, if I buy it again it will be in capsules.

Lo he tomado pocos días, entonces en cuanto a su efectividad no se decir. El problema es el sabor que es terrible, no lleva sabor a nada en concreto pero sabe fatal, si lo vuelvo a comprar será en cápsulas.

Bad taste

I would have appreciated knowing how bad it tastes before, since I would have bought it in tablets instead of in bulk. I just noticed that it was cheaper in powder form, but for the unpleasant taste it is worth paying a little more and taking it in tablets.

Hubiera agradecido saber antes el mal sabor que tiene, ya que lo hubiera compra en pastillas en vez de a granel. Simplemente me fijé en que era más económico en polvo, pero por el sabor desagradable merece la pena pagar algo más y tomarlo en pastillas.

Good form of magnesium

Good product, the taste can be annoying, there are capsules. I dilute it in infusions during the day when I train. Helps prevent cramps even at night. Advice not to exceed the dose and divide it throughout the day.

I take it at night, only a third of the dispenser since I also take joint collagen that contains magnesium. The reason I opted for this product is because I was looking for muscle recovery, help to rest and this compound is quite good. The taste is a bit unpleasant, you get used to it, it is a mixture of sweet, salty and bitter.

Lo tomo por las noches, solo un tercio del dosificador ya que tomo también colágeno articular que lleva magnesio. El motivo por el que opte por este producto es porque buscaba recuperación muscular, ayuda para descansar y este compuesto es bastante bueno. El sabor es un poco desagradable te acostumbras, es una mezcla entre dulce, salado y amargo.

Good format savings

I bought it first in powder form to save some money, it works, it goes well with the teaspoon and you can mix it with something else, but for me the taste of magnesium in RAW form was quite difficult to swallow. The next order I made in capsules.

Lo compré primero en formato polvo para ahorrarme algo de dinero, funciona, va bien con la cucharita y puedes mezclarlo con otra cosa, pero para mí el sabor que tiene el magnesio así RAW se me hizo bastante difícil de tragar. El próximo pedido que hice en cápsulas.

An essential mineral for rest and muscle recovery. It does not upset my stomach. The taste is not very good. I find it quite uncomfortable to calculate the intakes with the dispenser unless you use a precision scale.

Un mineral esencial para el descanso y recuperación muscular. No me genera molestias estomacales. El sabor no es muy bueno. Me resulta bastante incómodo calcular las tomas con el dosificador a no ser que uses una báscula de precisión.
