Better assimilation

It is one of the best supplements to rest. Value for money will be the best on the market. On the negative side it tastes bad. If you can't stand bad tastes I would get it in capsule because it can be unpleasant. That's the only bad thing I get out of it.

Es de los mejores suplementos para descansar. Relación calidad precio será el mejor del mercado. El lado negativo sabe mal. Si no aguantas los malos sabores yo lo pillaría en cápsula porque puede ser desagradable. Es la única cosa mala que le saco.

Good product

It is the first time I take magnesium bisglycinate, I have been taking it for a short time but I notice that I sleep better. I wanted it to be in powder form so that it would be pure, but I don't like the taste at all. I think next time I will buy capsules.

Good presentation, the product dissolves easily in water, although the taste is unpleasant (in my opinion reminiscent of something fishy). It seems to be effective, I take it together with melatonin to sleep and I rest quite well.

It has worked very well for me.

I have been using this type of magnesium for some time and I stopped using it to try the citrate, I had to go back to bisglycinate because there is no comparison, I get a good night's rest again, I definitely recommend it.

Hace tiempo que usaba este tipo de magnesio y lo deje para probar el citrato, he tenido que volver al bisglicinato por que no hay comparación, vuelvo a descansar bien de noche, sin duda lo recomiendo.

More bioavailable magnesium

Good quantity for the price. Initially sweet taste but with a fishy finish. Nice mixed with Greek yogurt or other flavored supplements. Too bad the scoop isn't the right size, you have to stand there and measure out a third and sometimes it's not easy.

Boa quantidade pelo preço. Sabor inicialmente doce mas com final a peixe. Agradável misturado com iogurte grego ou outros suplementos com sabor. Pena o scoop não ser do tamanho certo da dose, temos de estar ali a medir um terço e às vezes não é fácil.
