Much better than citrate.

So far I have consumed Mg citrate with very good results at the energetic and muscular level, but this chelated form also provides me with mental balance improving my mood. Regarding the taste, I think it tastes good considering that most powder supplements are taken by holding your nose.

Hasta ahora he consumido Mg citrato con muy buenos resultados a nivel energético y muscular, pero esta forma quelada además me proporciona equilibrio mental mejorando mi estado de ánimo. Respecto al sabor me parece correcto teniendo en cuenta que los suplementos en polvo casi todos se toman tapándose la nariz.

It tastes like lightning, but it is pure magnesium bisglycinate with no other ingredients added. I mix it with a little vit C powder to improve the taste.

Sabe a rayos, pero es magnesio bisglicinato puro sin ningún otro ingrediente añadido. Yo lo mezclo con un poco de vit C en polvo para mejorar el sabor.

The best.

I have been using it for years and it is a must in my daily life. Lately the price in HSN is higher. But it is a supplement I would not want to have to give up. The taste is awful. But I prefer it this way for its quality and purity. No additives or artificial flavoring. In general that's what I look for or what I like about HSN products. That they are pure and contain no chemicals.

Hace años consumo el mismo y es un imprescindible en mi día a día. Últimamente el precio en HSN está más elevado. Pero es un suplemento al que no quisiera tener que renunciar. El sabor es horrendo. Pero lo prefiero así por su calidad y pureza. Sin aditivos ni saborizantes artificiales. En general eso es lo que busco o lo que me gusta de los productos de HSN. Que son puros y no contienen químicos.

Effective product if you suffer from fatigue, difficulty sleeping and concentration. I have tried capsules and powder, and the capsules are better because of the taste, since it is not so bitter.

Producto efectivo si padeces de mucho cansancio, dificultad para dormir y de concentración. He probado cápsulas y polvo, y mejor las cápsulas por el sabor, ya que así no se nota tan amargo.

Bad taste but dissolves well

I started taking it yesterday. I was surprised that it tasted very bad, it was hard to take. I can't rate its effectiveness yet as I have just started. A friend recommended it to me but she takes it in capsules.

Lo empecé a tomar ayer. Me sorprendió que tenía un sabor muy malo, me costaba tomarlo. No puedo valorar aún su efectividad pues acabo de empezar. Una amiga me lo recomendó pero ella lo toma en cápsulas.
