I started taking these electrolyte powders with some doubts about their effectiveness, but I was pleasantly surprised. I use them especially in spinning classes because of the muscular overexertion involved, and I have noticed and continue to notice that now the night cramps that I had in my calves after some super intense spinning classes have disappeared. I attribute this in large part to taking electrolytes while doing the activity. The only bad thing is the salty taste it leaves in the water, but after several tests I have solved it with the cola flavoring and now I am very satisfied with the product.
Comencé a tomar estos electrolitos en polvo con alguna duda sobre su efectividad, pero me ha sorprendido gratamente. Los utilizo sobre todo en las clases de spinning por el sobre esfuerzo muscular que conlleva y he notado y sigo comprobando que ahora me han desaparecido los calambres nocturnos que tenía en los gemelos después de algunas clases súper intensas de spinning. Lo achaco en buena parte a la toma de electrolitos mientras realizo la actividad. Lo unico malo es el sabor salado que deja en el agua, pero tras varias pruebas lo he resuelto con el saborizante sabor cola y ahora muy satisfecho con el producto.
