Very good composition
The truth is that they are very complete, the problem is the measure, that to take them in race you do not know very well how much to add. I took both formats, powder and capsules and I'm sticking with capsules.

It is a good product and works well especially if you are on a ketogenic diet and do a lot of sports. I can't stop taking it because if I stop taking it for a few days it starts to give me cramps in my legs at night.
