It is a good product and works well especially if you are on a ketogenic diet and do a lot of sports. I can't stop taking it because if I stop taking it for a few days it starts to give me cramps in my legs at night.
Es un buen producto y funciona bien sobre todo si llevas una dieta cetogénica y haces bastante deporte. Yo no puedo dejar de tomar por qué sí dejo de tomar unos días empieza a darme calambres en las piernas por la noche.

I take it with bolero or lemon juice intra-workout and it helps me to recover lost salts. It lasts a lot because you have to take a small amount. Much cheaper than buying aquarius.

Does not dissolve at all
If you do not want to eat this powder with a spoon stay away! I mix my own drinks for endurance and wanted a neutral tasting electrolyte for it. Turns out this powder falls out within minutes and does not stay dissolved. When freshly shaken up it has a tangy texture. Not suitable for endurance exercise.

Better than others.
At first I don't like salts very much, I don't usually like their taste when diluted with water, but it is true that I am liking them more, their taste is not so intense and it is easier for me to take them. As effective as they are, I was having a lot of cramps and nothing at all. I will repeat for sure.
De entrada no me gustan mucho las sales, no suele gustarme su sabor al diluirlo con agua, pero si que es cierto, que éstas me están gustando más, su sabor no es tan intenso y me es más fácil tomarlas.
Como efectivo si que son, estaba teniendo mucho calambres ya nada de nada.
Volveré a repetir seguro.
