I bought them to put them in a bottle of water on my bike rides along with maltodextrin, so I don't know exactly what they taste like in the water. It tastes a little different from normal water but you get used to it and during the ride it helps you to have less muscle fatigue. Recommended for medium-long rides and now that it's starting to get warmer.

They fulfill their function
I bought them to get electrolytes into the keto diet I am on. I like them because they have no taste at all. I pop the dose in my mouth and drink the glass of water. It literally tastes like salt but not as intense or strong. It's great.
