Real hydration

You don't know what it's like to really hydrate until you try a product like this. Great composition and ideal for hot weather and demanding workouts where there is a great loss of electrolytes.

First time

Until now I made my own electrolytes at home with potassium, salt and magnesium, but I consider this presentation to be more complete and convenient to take.

Great product

Slightly salty flavor, very good for good hydration during or after strenuous exercise, even in very hot weather.

The flavor is salty, but easy to camouflage if mixed with a splash of lemon or orange juice.

Practical

Very practical for those days when I'm in a hurry and don't prepare my own electrolyte cocktail. I find the slightly salty touch pleasant, although with time of use I notice it less and less.

Farewell to squids

I use them to prevent cramps caused by salt loss. They work well for me. A lot of canisters are prepared at a more than reasonable price.

Los utilizo para evitar los calambres provocados por la pérdida de sales. A mi me van bien. Se preparan un montones de bidones a un precio más que razonable.
