It is true that when making our own mixtures we could simply use table salt, but Evolytes is not just salt and it shows in the results. Highly recommended especially at this good price.

Good product, does its especially in summer days , I use it in water during workout, neutral flavor (slightly salty of course, containing sodium) and good mixability.
