Homemade gels
As I am going to make my own homemade gels with maltodextrin and fructose, with electrolytes I can make gels containing salts, since I usually neglect hydration and therefore the supply of salts through this, if I can take 1 or 2 doses of salts in gel providing carbohydrates. And forget the capsules.
Como voy hacer mis propios geles caseros con maltodextrina y fructosa, con los electrolitos puedo hacer geles que contengan sales, ya que suelo descuidar la hidratación y por lo tanto el aporte de sales a través de esta, si puedo llevar 1 o 2 dosis de sales en gel aportando carbohidratos. Y olvidarme de las cápsulas.
