Essential

We should not only drink but also recover salts. So dehydration should disappear from the list of possible problems. I'm an endurance rider and I always drink in my water bottles, especially in hot weather.

For me it is an essential product, especially in the summer months, where the loss of salts is exponential during exercise. The price is a little high, but with a small proportion you can prepare your isotonic drink. It does not make water too hard.

It works very well

It helps to not dehydrate you so much while training, it is a great intra-workout, it keeps your blood pressure up because of the salts. To put a downside, you have to make the amount you need each one, because the recommended amount is too much for me.

Ayuda a no deshidratarte tanto entrenando, es un genial intraentreno, te mantiene la tensión arterial por las sales. Por poner una pega, hay que hacerse a la cantidad que necesita cada uno, pues la recomendada se me hace mucho.
