I am not a big fan of this product in its neutral version, as it is mineral salts and, obviously, if you mix it with water, which is the usual, it is difficult to drink, very unpleasant to the taste. I would not recommend it, except for long duration cardio workouts.
No soy muy fan de este producto en su versión neutra, pues son sales minerales y, evidentemente, si lo mezclas con agua, que es lo habitual, resulta complicado de beber, muy desagradable al gusto.
No lo recomendaría, salvo para la realización de ejercicios cardiovasculares de larga duración.
