Salado

Salty, but with the flavorings it will mask it well. It is not like an energy drink, in terms of taste, but it does not have those huge amounts of sugar of such drinks or soft drinks. If you get bored of drinking water during or after a workout, this is the product for you. I use it after spinning or soccer, and it's a pleasure.

Salado, pero con los saborizantes lo enmasara bien. No es como una bebida energizante, en cuanto a sabor, pero tampoco tiene esas cantidades ingentes de azúcar de dichas bebidas o refrescos. Si te aburres de beber agua durante o después del entreno, este es tu producto. Lo uso despues del spinning o el futbol, y da gusto

For those who do a lot of cardio

My personal trainer recommended it to me, because when you do cardio and sweat...you lose a lot of minerals and you need to replenish them.

Me lo recomendó mi entrenador personal, ya que al hacer cardio y sudar...se pierden muchos minerales y hay que reponerlos.

Very effective

It is quite effective, for me it is even better than creatine because after 1 year with creatine I have not noticed any effects, so to replace creatine is luxury. It tastes good, dissolves well and gives for many times, the only thing I would change is the format, it would come better in a bottle because in the envelope you have to take the powder from the bottom and you stain your hand, but well that can be solved at home by putting the powder in a bottle. I put it in the water bottle, 1 whole sachet and I take it little by little before, during and after training.

Es bastante efectiva, para mí es incluso mejor que la creatina ya que después de 1 año con creatina no he notado nada de efectos , así que para reemplazar la creatina viene de lujo. Tiene buen sabor, se disuelve bien y da para muchas veces, lo único que cambiaría es el formato, vendría mejor en un bote ya que en el sobre hay que coger el polvo desde el fondo y se te mancha la mano, pero bueno eso se puede solucionar en casa metiendo el polvo en un bote. Lo meto en la botella de agua, 1 cacharito entero y me lo tomo poco a poco antes , intra y después del entrenamiento.

Electrolytes

I am not a big fan of this product in its neutral version, as it is mineral salts and, obviously, if you mix it with water, which is the usual, it is difficult to drink, very unpleasant to the taste. I would not recommend it, except for long duration cardio workouts.

No soy muy fan de este producto en su versión neutra, pues son sales minerales y, evidentemente, si lo mezclas con agua, que es lo habitual, resulta complicado de beber, muy desagradable al gusto. No lo recomendaría, salvo para la realización de ejercicios cardiovasculares de larga duración.
