Bastante bien el producto, ya las había probado en versión capsula y siempre las vertía en agua para salir a entrenar por la montaña o sea que en polvo mejor en lo económico. Su efectividad... A mi me fueron bastante bien, logre solucionar las rampas y calambres en carreras de montaña, con un consumo medido y siendo constante en el tiempo. Muy recomendables....
