Di qualità BIO, ha un punto di fumo molto elevato e si presta ad ogni tipo di preparazione: torte, bulletproof coffee, fritture, ecc... Ha un sapore molto intenso ed è molto indicato per chi è intollerante al lattosio, in quanto ne è totalmente privo. Super consigliato!
