A high quality ghee from organic farming
I attach particular importance to organically produced products without additives, both are fulfilled in this ghee. The taste is pleasant and not intrusive, so it is well suited in Bulletproof Coffee as well as for frying or baking. I find the lid does not close well, but maybe that's just my jar.
Ich lege besonderen Wert auf biologisch hergestellte Produkte ohne Zusatzstoffe, beides ist bei diesem Ghee erfüllt. Der Geschmack ist angenehm und nicht aufdringlich, so dass es im Bulletproof Coffee wie auch zum Braten oder backen gut geeignet ist.
Ich finde, der Deckel schließt nicht gut, vielleicht ist das aber auch nur bei meinem Glas so.

For some reason I was expecting a grainy texture like lard, but it turned out to be very fine. The buttery flavor is very deep, ideal for toast.

Organic ghee butter,excellent.
Great product,I recommend it .Too bad only for the packaging are not sealed well you risk the butter out or the jar break. Otherwise 100% recommendable
Ottimo prodotto,lo consiglio .Peccato solo per l'imballaggio non sono sigillati bene si rischia la fuori uscita del burro, oppure la rottura del vasetto.
