Excellent nutrient

I recommend it on an empty stomach in the morning to get the fat-soluble vitamins (A, E, and D) for better absorption, excellent stomach protector, good at regulating intestines as well. Also good for cooking as a substitute for oil. Too bad only for the packaging, the jar is not sealed well and often in transport it is turned upside down and in summer with the heat the butter becomes very liquid and a slight spillage can happen in winter the butter is solid and there is no spillage.

Ve lo consiglio a digiuno alla mattina per prendere le vitamine liposolubili (la A, la E, e la D) per un migliore assorbimento, ottimo protettore dello stomaco, ottimo a regolare anche intestino. Ottimo anche per cucinare in sostituzione dell'olio. Peccato solo per l'imballaggio, il vasetto non è sigillato bene e spesso nel trasporto viene capovolto e in estate con il caldo il burro diventa molto liquido e può capitare una leggera fuoriuscita in inverno il burro è solido e non c'è fuoriuscita.
