I'm already on my third jar. I use it in the kitchen, above all, to thicken sauces, to whip up risotto or to brighten oriental dishes; but sometimes I also add it to coffee. Pleasant flavor, with a consistency that can become a bit lumpy if left at room temperature in summer. It lasts quite long. Good price for an organic ghee.

Ghee butter
Although the price is high, it's one of the cheapest places to buy this butter. I liked the taste, the texture, the properties, everything. It makes dishes, any dish, taste better. I love it on mashed potatoes, for example. As it has no added salt, it brings out the flavor even more in dishes that already have salt. Not to mention that it's one of the healthiest fats if consumed moderately.
Apesar do preço ser alto, é dos sítios mais económicos pra comprar esta manteiga. Gostei do sabor, da textura, das propriedades, de tudo. Faz os pratos, qualquer prato que seja, ter mais sabor. Adoro no puré de batata por exemplo. Como ela não tem sal adicionado, em pratos que já tenham sal realça ainda mais o sabor.
