I use this healthy fat to cook almost all my dishes. Ghee is never missing in my pantry. I don't consume dairy products, so this product is ideal for me. It tastes great. Every time I shop, I order 2 jars. I wish they could make it in the bulkier jars.

I'm going on 60 years at my grandparents' house, they used to make butter! When I tasted it, I cried! The memories of the exquisite taste and texture took me back to my childhood. My grandparents had cows and made butter, this is an excellent product that takes me back to my childhood. I recommend it for coffee with coconut oil, it is anti-inflammatory.
