I love it!
I had never tried ghee before buying it at HSN, so I cannot compare it with other brands, and I admit that the first time I tried it I was not convinced, perhaps because the flavor is quite different from that of unclarified butter, but after three days I started to like it and now it is a must in my house. I have already used a few jars and I will continue buying it.
Nunca antes de comprarlo en HSN había probado el ghee, así que no puedo compararlo con otras marcas, y reconozco que la primera vez que lo probé no me convenció, quizá porque el sabor es bastante diferente al de la mantequilla no clarificada, pero a los tres días ya le empecé a coger el gusto y ahora es un imprescindible en mi casa. Llevo ya unos cuantos botes gastados y lo seguiré comprando.

I love this ghee, it feels great and has a great quality as a product. I think that in general ghee is expensive, and this one is around the prices you usually see on other sites, maybe it could be a little cheaper, although it is very good.

I like that it is organic butter and, above all, of European origin. Most of them come from outside Europe and, even if it is organic, it has nothing to do with it. Much more chemical. Ideally, the milk should not come from Spain or Portugal, which are the two European countries that have been allowing the cultivation and breeding of GMOs for years.
Me gusta que sea mantequilla Biologica y, sobre todo, de origen Europea. La mayoria viene de fuera Europa y, aunque sea Bio, no tiene nada que ver. Mucha mas quimica.
Lo ideal serìa que la leche no venga de Espana o Portugal que son los dos paises europeos que hace anos admiten cultivo i criado transgenicos.
