The Ghee or clarified butter has benefits for cardiovascular health, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, etc.. In principle I use it to give me a healthy fat intake (among other things) to gain a few kilos, and it is also interesting for its vitamins and minerals. It tastes good, not bad.

A very good ghee at a fantastic price. Good texture and good taste, plus the advantage of being made with milk from natural grass-fed cows. Very good alternative.
