It is perfect for cooking something in a frying pan instead of using oil or the traditional butter. It does have a slightly stronger flavor when raw than traditional butter, but it is not noticeable when cooking.

Ghee butter really appreciable delevata quality and rich in nutrients, straw yellow color, a characteristic that distinguishes it from commercial butters , which indicates a feeding of Grass Fed cows (they eat only grass pasture, without the use of antibiotics, pesticides and other substances very harmful to the organism). Of BIO quality, it has a very high smoke point and is suitable for all kinds of preparation: cakes, bulletproof coffee, fried food, etc.... It has a very intense flavor and is very suitable for those who are lactose intolerant, as it is totally free of it. Super recommended!
Burro Ghee davvero apprezzabile d'elevata qualità e ricco di principi nutritivi, dal colore giallo paglierino, caratteristica che lo contraddistingue da burri commerciali , che indica una alimentazione delle mucche Grass Fed (mangiano esclusivamente erba al pascolo, senza utilizzo di antibiotici, pesticidi ed altre sostanze molto dannose per l'organismo). Di qualità BIO, ha un punto di fumo molto elevato e si presta ad ogni tipo di preparazione: torte, bulletproof coffee, fritture, ecc... Ha un sapore molto intenso ed è molto indicato per chi è intollerante al lattosio, in quanto ne è totalmente privo. Super consigliato!
