Bad experience

It does not dissolve with anything, even taking it with yogurt the texture is felt a lot! I don't recommend it, very bad choice, I guess capsules will be preferable!

No se disuelve con nada, incluso tomándolo con yogurt la textura se siente mucho! No lo recomiendo, muy mala elección, supongo que será preferible las cápsulas!

You should keep in mind that magnesium, although it is present in the form of salts (such as citrate) that improve its solubility, does not form homogeneous mixtures with water, but is suspended, leaving the particles "floating" in the medium. If consumed immediately after stirring the mixture, the magnesium does not settle, and the suspended particles are not perceptible to the taste. Si se consume inmediatamente después de remover la mezcla, el magnesio no se sedimenta, y las partículas en suspensión no son perceptibles al gusto. Pros and cons

I understand that since it is presented in this powder format, it is not necessary to add any other product to compact it as it would happen with the pills and that is an important pro for me. However, on the other hand, the disadvantage I see is that when taking it, as it does not dissolve in water and the texture is like dirt or sand, for many people this format will not be to their liking. I don't particularly mind it but for example my children who are athletes and usually take it in pills, prefer to continue taking it in pills... To each his own.

Entiendo que al presentarse en este formato en polvo no hace falta añadirle ningún otro producto para poderlo compactar como pasaría con las pastillas y eso es un pro para mí importante. Sin embargo y por otro lado, la desventaja que le veo es que a la hora de tomarlo, como no se disuelve en agua y la textura queda como tierra o arenilla, para muchas personas este formato no será de su agrado. A mí particularmente no me importa pero por ejemplo a mis hijos que son deportistas y suelen tomarlo en pastillas, así en polvo, como que no, prefieren seguir tomándolo en pastillas...Para gustos, colores

Great

My endocrinologist prescribed it for life years ago. I have tried other types of magnesium, other formats.... And I stick with this one. I have no adverse digestive effects, and since it is in powder form, it seems purer to me. When it comes to taking it, I put the dose directly into my mouth and swallow with water. I have tried to dissolve it but there is no way, the granules remain. I don't really mind, it's not a problem for me. I have transferred it to a bottle of a supplement that I ran out of, with a wide mouth, so it is better to take the dose. I take it with dinner.

Hace años que mi endocrina me lo prescribió de manera vitalicia. He probado otros tipos de magnesio, otros formatos... Y me quedo con este. No tengo efectos digestivos adversos, y al ser en polvo me parece más puro. A la hora de tomarlo, meto la dosis directamente en la boca y trago con agua. He intentado disolverlo pero no hay manera, se quedan los gránulos. No me importa realmente, no me supone ningún problema. Lo he pasado a un bote de un suplemento que se me acabó, de boca ancha, así mejor a la hora de coger la dosis. Lo tomo con la cena.
