Necessary to accompany calcium supplements in order to prevent osteoporosis. The powder presentation allows it to be mixed with drinks or food. It dissolves well and the taste is not unpleasant. I take it mixed with natural yogurt.

I have been taking magnesium for years and have escaped from deformed fingers and various pains. In citrate it is easy and quick to take and much more pleasant than in chloride. The container is a little complicated to remove the product, especially when it is running out, but I change it to a clean glass bottle and carefully peel off the label, stick it to the bottle and it's fine.
Llevo tomando magnesio desde hace años y me he escapado de la deformación de los dedos y dolores varios. En citrato es fácil y rápido de tomar y mucho más agradable que en cloruro. El envase es un poco complicado para sacar el producto, sobre todo cuando se está acabando, pero yo lo cambio a un bote limpio de cristal y con cuidado le despego la etiqueta, y se la pego al bote y arreglado.
