The size of the product makes it very handy to take on your travels of enjoyment and continue taking your supplements, in this case I use it to prevent muscle cramps after strenuous surfing sessions for periods of between 10 and 15 days and helps me to lengthen the sessions and feel better for the following sessions of the day.
