I haven't used it much yet but it seems to be effective against constipation when taken after eating. I have not noticed big changes in other aspects such as sleep although I will try to change by taking it at night. On the other hand the presentation is very satisfactory and the dosage dispenser is a nice touch. It goes down well without appreciating any change in taste. I have a good overall impression
No lo he usado aún demasiado pero parece ser eficaz contra el estreñimiento ingiriéndolo después de comer. No he notado grandes cambios en otros aspectos como el sueño aunque probaré a cambiar tomándolo por la noche. Por otro lado la presentación es muy satisfactoria y el dosificador de la dosis es un buen detalle. Se toma bien sin apreciar cambio de sabor. Tengo buena impresión general
