I use it daily with magnesium for the joints. After a long time it seems to be doing some function. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend it
I haven't really noticed the difference, my energy remained low even when taking it regularly. Also it is not possible to mix it with water, its gritty texture remains intact, although that has more to do with the chemical composition of the magnesium, but it becomes very difficult to take.
No he notado realmente la diferencia, mi energía se mantenía baja aún tomando regularmente. Además no es posible mezclarlo con agua, su textura arenosa se mantiene intacta, aunque eso tiene que ver más con la composición química del magnesio, pero se vuelve muy difícil de tomar.

Please note that Magnesium Citrate, by its nature, does not dissolve completely in water, it can always leave some sediment, but if it is stirred and taken fairly quickly it remains well in suspension. On the other hand, we cannot evaluate your energetic state since many variables are involved in this process. Best regards.

Te comentamos que el Citrato de Magnesio, por su naturaleza, no se disuelve completamente en agua, siempre puede dejar algo de poso, pero que si se remueve y se toma medianamente rápido se mantiene bien en suspensión. Por otro lado, no podemos valorar tu estado energético dado que en tal proceso confluyen numerosas variables. Un saludo.
