I do not recommend this magnesium citrate because it does not dissolve well, which is the first fundamental requirement that a powdered supplement must meet. I will not buy it again. I always buy on this same website another magnesium citrate powder of another brand.
No recomiendo este citrato de magnesio porque no se disuelve bien que es el primer requisito fundamental que debe cumplir un suplemento en polvo. No lo volveré a comprar más. Yo siempre compro en esta misma pagina web otro citrato de magnesio en polvo de otra marca.

The powder is very fine, tastes like nothing, dissolves very easily in water and I suppose that improves its absorption. It would be necessary to improve the way to measure the daily dose when taking the product.
