In my case I bought it to sleep better, and combined with melatonin if you notice something, but do not expect miracles. The only downside is the taste, I find it unpleasant.

Good price and taste
I use it to make my isotonic drink for when I train my bike for more than 2 hours, I mix it with sea salt, potassium citrate and glycine. What doesn't convince me is the packaging, it's a bit difficult to put your hand in and take the product out, as it's small and you end up with a bit of magnesium stuck around your hand, although this can be solved by transferring it to a metal or glass pot. Having said that, I prefer this container to a plastic pot, which would make the product more expensive as it contains more material and would be less environmentally friendly.
Lo utilizo para hacer mi bebida isotónica para cuando hago entrenos con la bicicleta de más de 2 horas, lo mezclo con sal marina, citrato de potasio y glicina. Lo que no me acaba de convencer es el envase, va un poco mal meter la mano y sustraer el producto, ya que es pequeño y acabas con un poco de magnesio enganchado alrededor de la mano, aunque se soluciona traspasándolo a un pote de metal o vidrio. Dicho lo anterior prefiero este envase que un pote de plástico que encarecería el producto al contener más material y sería menos ecológico.

Good product to maintain muscle relaxation and rest better at night and perfect for constipation. You can easily regulate the amount you need. The presentation could be improved in the sense that these bags take up a lot of space and are difficult to palletize. A round pot for the presentation of 150 g. is much more practical. It would be another thing to keep these bags in the 500g presentation.

Puedes regular fácilmente la cantidad que necesitas. La presentación es mejorable en el sentido que estas bolsas
ocupan mucho espacio y es difícil de paletizar. Un pote redondo para la presentación de 150 g. es mucho mas practico.
Otra cosa distinta seria mantener estas bolsas en la presentación de 500g
