I have been taking it for some time on doctor's recommendation and it is one of my must-haves. I used to take it in pills and I didn't like the format because it was hard to swallow. This format does not dissolve well at all, but it is not a problem for me. What I would appreciate is if it were sold in 1k formats for greater convenience since in the current presentation it is consumed very quickly. Undoubtedly, the quality of the product is excellent.
Llevo cierto tiempo tomándolo por recomendación médica y es uno de mis imprescindibles. Antes lo tomaba en pastillas y no me gustó el formato porque me costaba tragarlas. Este formato no se disuelve bien del todo, pero no me representa un problema. Lo que sí agradecería es se vendiera en formatos de 1k para mayor comodidad puesto que en la presentación actual se consume muy rápido.

Neutral flavor. I take it at night and together with melatonin, it helps me to fall asleep. Good product. The packaging is a bit uncomfortable.

Quality product at a good price
I have already bought several and what I like the most is that it has no additives, and it avoids taking pills or tablets, the price is very interesting. If I have to say a but it is the packaging, which is not comfortable to use, it would be better if it were packaged in a jar, in fact I move it to a jar for ease.
Ya he comprado varios y lo que más me gusta es que no lleva aditivos, y se evita tomar pastillas o comprimidos, el precio es muy interesante.
Si he de decir un pero es el envase, que no resulta cómodo para usar, sería mejor si estuviera envasado en bote, de hecho yo me lo paso a un bote para mayor facilidad.

I combine it with tryptophan and melatonin before bedtime. The only downside is the taste and that it does not dissolve completely. For the rest, great.
