Este polvo huele y sabe a como ha de oler y saber la ashwagandha. Para quienes encuentren el sabor del dosificador entero fuerte o difícil de consumir mezclado en un vaso de agua normal, recomiendo usar un vaso grande de medio litro, disolver bien e irlo tomando poco a poco. El efecto comienza a notarse a los 20-30 minutos y se nota la tranquilidad que aporta. El formato polvo sin aditivos está muy bien para quienes no quieren ingerir ese tipo de sustancias, algo especialmente importante para quienes toman mucha suplementación. Algo a tener en cuenta es que la ashwagandha puede ser complicada para personas con problemas autoinmunes como artritis reumatoide, lupus, Hashimoto, etc, y personas con sistemas digestivos sensibles, por lo que a personas con ese tipo de problemas recomiendo investigar al respecto y consultar con un médico competente en estos temas antes de tomarla.
