Fast acting adaptogen
It has become one of my basics for its benefits both when training and studying (I am an exam candidate). To put a downside, the flavor is quite strong (I mixed it with the shake and that's it).

Normally I have always taken ashwagandha in capsules, I decided to take it in powder form. I can say that I once tried ashwagandha powder from another brand and it gave me stomach pains, but this one from HSN is great, it digests very well.
Normalmente siempre he tomado ashwagandha en capsulas, me decidí por el polvo, El sabor , si os parece fuerte, se puede disimular con zumo. Puedo decir, que una vez probé la ashwagandha en polvo de otra marca y me daba dolores estomacales, sin embargo esta de HSN me va genial, se digiere muy bien.
