Good experience
I find it better to take something that is pure, despite the taste, than something processed or sweetened. It has the proper taste of the ashwagandha root. I can handle it.

Tinnitus

A somewhat bitter taste
Since I've been taking it, I find myself a little more relaxed, I took it before going to sleep and it works well, so far I have not had any effect in terms of ease of sleep, but I did have some improvement in the quality of sleep. Taste neither good nor bad, you can stand it, when you have taken it a few times you don't care about the taste.
