Good product. Taste is bad as hell but I try to take it in one hit and something with better taste behind it. Effectiveness is too early to say.

I just took it and from the first day I noticed the results. I've had a season of stress at work and I needed something to slow me down and take away my anxiety and since the first day I've noticed that I'm more focused. It tastes like dirt, that's true, but I mix it in my breakfast coffee with milk and it's great.

Fulfills its function
I bought this product to feel more relaxed at night and the truth is that I do notice that it does something when I take it, I notice faster that I am already tired. I try to take it and then go to sleep but I have not always complied so I have not been able to notice an abysmal difference. I recommend the capsules more because you have to stir for a while to dissolve all the product.
Compré este producto para sentirme más relajada por la noche y la verdad que sí que noto que hace algo cuando lo tomo, noto más rápido que ya estoy cansada. Intento tomarlo y al poco ir a dormir pero no siempre lo he cumplido por lo que no he podido notar una diferencia abismal. Recomiendo más las cápsulas porque tienes que revolver durante un rato para que se disuelva todo el producto.

One of the best natural products for anxiety control
