A pretty good protein, personally I like the texture it has is a little thicker than whey and creates a little foam I think it is due to lecithin, I find it a pretty rich texture. The flavor is not very good when you drink it, it tastes like mango but then it tastes like a cookie. The pineapple is not noticeable anywhere. For a change of protein it is fine.

El sabor no está muy conseguido cuando lo tomas sabe a mango pero luego te viene un sabor a galleta. La piña no se le nota por ningún lado. Por variar de proteína está bien.
