I always opt for soy proteins and these are very good and have a very good dissolution. I add them to oatmeal and soy drink in the morning. I tried the Apple Strudel ones, they taste great and do exactly what they promise. It is quite sweet and intense, so keep in mind if you don't have a sweet tooth.
Siempre opto por proteínas de soja y éstas están buenísimas y tienen una muy buena disolución. Yo las añado a la avena y bebida de soja por la mañana. Probé las de Strudel de Manzana, tienen un sabor muy rico y cumple exactamente lo que promete. Eso sí, es bastante dulce e intenso así que a tener en cuenta si no te gusta mucho el dulce.

Until now I always bought the pea protein, but I think I will switch to soy protein because the texture is better, thicker and less earthy. Good chocolate hazelnut flavor, but unlike other proteins I have purchased from HSN it dissolves much worse in both water and milk. Then the texture is quite a bit thicker. I will certainly not repeat this vegetable protein.
