Nice creamy consistency. I wasn't sure about the flavors beforehand, but have now tried coffee caramel and pistachio. Both taste very good. Coffee caramel has no chunks (instant coffee) in it and a nice coffee flavor. I wouldn't have immediately identified pistachio as pistachio, but it's also very tasty!
