I think it is a great alternative to whey; although the texture and solubility make it a thicker shake, it seems to me that it provides more satiety.

Good taste and texture. It is a little thicker than milk protein isolate. It can be solved by adding a little more water or vegetable drink. Chocolate flavor a 10. I didn't like the bonbon flavor at all.

Good for the stomach
Since I gave up animal protein and started with vegetable protein, my stomach is different. However, it is somewhat thicker and the flavor is more intense. I recommend it for use in pancakes instead of using it in smoothies.

Very good daily supplement, essential for everyday use. Recommended by endocrinologists. Very easy to take, the pills are tiny, always better pills than powder to my taste. They are also easier to carry in case you go on a trip or are away for a whole day.

Good protein and the strawberry and caramel with coffee flavors are very tasty. The texture is a little thicker than whey protein but it is solved by increasing the amount of water or milk.
