It really is a protein that you can't fault, I usually buy the strawberry one but this time I went for vanilla which I would have preferred to have an extra kick in the flavor yet it's still very good, they gave me a coffee and caramel sample which is amazing and I'll order this one next time.

I bought lotus and custard flavors. I have used them for pancakes (I don't like protein shakes) and they taste good, the lotus one doesn't taste exactly like that but it tastes like a cookie. The custard when I made pancakes did not taste much, it was like normal pancakes, but I put it to the porridge and it is great, if you add cinnamon much more. Also if you are lactose intolerant great.
Me compré sabor lotus y natillas. Las he usado para tortitas (no me gustan los batidos de proteína) y saben bien, la de lotus no sabe exactamente a eso pero vamos que sabe a galleta. La de natillas cuando hice tortitas no sabia mucho, era como tortitas normales, pero se la puse a las gachas de avena y están buenísimas, si le añades canela mucho más. Además si sois intolerantes a la lactosa genial.
