I always consume whey protein but I had tried other vegetable proteins and I liked them so I decided to buy this salted caramel flavor and the truth is that it is really good. Maybe for shakes it is too thick but I take it with yogurt and it gives a creamy and delicious flavor. Besides, I think the vegetable one is better for digestion.
