Good discovery

Vegetable protein

I wanted to try a vegetable protein, because sometimes I feel bloated with the normal one, but I didn't really like this one. The shake is quite dense and very sandy in texture. The choco flavor is just right.

The best soy protein on the market

I have purchased several of the flavors and they do not disappoint. My favorites are chocolate (never fails) and salted caramel. The vanilla is the only one that has not convinced me at all, for my taste very gritty. It can be taken mixed with water, milk or yogurt without any problem. The composition of the amino acids itself is very good. A very complete product all in all.

Good digestion

I've been taking it for a long time because I'm lactose intolerant and I feel great... the speculoos, custard and vanilla flavors are great... being a thicker protein, it works just as well if you make it as a shake or with a little water as a custard.
